Fee Structure (Lucknow Campuses)
The fees below are based on the total tuition cost. Fees are usually paid on a semester or annual basis.

Registration Fee: A one-time non-refundable fee (₹10,000 – ₹15,000) is usually charged at the time of admission.

Examination & Library Fees: These are typically charged annually and range from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.

Hostel Fees: Accommodation and mess charges are separate, generally ranging from ₹1,20,000 per year depending on the room type (AC/Non-AC).
Financial Aid & Scholarships
MUIT provides financial assistance to ensure quality education is accessible to meritorious and deserving students.
1. Merit-Based Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded based on performance in the qualifying exam (10 2) or national entrance exams:

Above 90% in 12th: Up to 50% waiver on tuition fees.

80% – 90% in 12th: Up to 30% waiver on tuition fees.

70% – 80% in 12th: Up to 15% waiver on tuition fees.
2. Entrance Exam Discounts
Students who secure high ranks in JEE Main or the university’s own entrance test (MUIT-MET) are often eligible for additional fee concessions.
3. Support for Reserved Categories

Government Schemes: MUIT facilitates scholarships provided by the State Governments (UP Scholarship) for students belonging to SC/ST/OBC and Minority categories.
